My Countdown Shop for the Week

Title: My Countdown Shop for the Week (Living on Optislim + $110 Budget)

Today I’m doing something a little different — I’m taking you with me on my weekly shop. I printed out my list this morning (yes, I’m trying to be organised for once), and I’m heading to Countdown this afternoon with a simple goal:

Stick to my $110 budget, keep everything easy, and build my meals around my full Optislim pack.

I know how overwhelming food shopping can feel when you’re recovering, when your energy is low, or when you’re trying to keep things predictable and safe. So I wanted to show you exactly what I buy, why I buy it, and how I keep things simple without using the stove.

Here’s what’s on my list this week:

✔ Optislim shakes  ✔ Fruit for snacks ✔ Easy proteins ✔ No‑cook dinners ✔ Hydration + electrolytes ✔ A couple of comfort items that don’t blow the budget

I’ll update this post later with what I actually ended up buying, how much it cost, and how the week goes using this plan. If you’re on a tight budget or you’re trying to keep things simple while you heal, I hope this helps you feel less alone.

Sometimes the smallest routines — like having a list printed and ready — make the biggest difference.
